From the moment I entered Axcess I could not believe how at ease I felt. The waiting areas are serene, calming and comfortable. The staff immediately greeted me and made me feel valued. Johnny Carson was playing on the DVD player and the other patients and I were laughing! I don’t remember ever laughing while waiting for any medical appointment.

This morning my wife had an appointment for a CT scan. Unfortunately she also has two herniated discs which cause her severe pain if she sits for any period of time…I explained my wife’s condition to the receptionist. Without any hesitation or fuss, Jennie and the two other ladies made arrangements for my wife to wait for her appointment in an exam room where she could relax in a reclining chair that was much for comfortable for her. We wish to thank Jennie and the others who went out of their way to help make my wife’s wait so much more pleasant. – PS: You make a great cup of coffee. Joseph M.

Very prompt and courteous. My appointment for the MRI was for 8:00, and I was in at 8:00. I hate it when places make you come in at 8:00 for an 8:30 appointment just to fill in 5 minutes of paperwork. You were right on-time! Thank you. Rita
